Welcome to the House of Stand Up, an independent comedy club with offices in London and Essex. We aim to give you an excellent evening of entertainment featuring some of the best stand up comedians in the country today at an ever increasing number of venues. 

House of Stand Up is the lovechild and immaculate conception of Trevor Jones (below right, back in the day) with more hands-on experience in public relations, entertainment and hospitality than he cares to remember.

With his passion for comedy and the support and encouragement of several like-minded friends, House of Stand Up is destined to become a recognised brand name in the world of live comedy.

House of Stand Up is continually adding to the list of places where you can regularly see live stand up comedy. If you live in Essex, Suffolk or Cambridge, chances are, we will be coming soon to a venue near you. Bringing the best acts from the London comedy circuit to all our gigs for your enjoyment. 

Food and drink is available at each venue and we cater for both individual and group bookings. Our comedy events are great if you're organising a family and friends get-together or providing a corporate night out. It's always an excellent evening of fun, laughter and entertainment and an ideal medium for companies and organisations to indulge their staff, colleagues and clients.
